Virtually attending all three Saturday classes held between 9 AM & 5 PM Central Time (Chicago, IL)
Participating in team meetings during the week between each Saturday. They typically last 1 to 2 hours with additional time required during the week to complete team assignments.
Being an active participant in a team project, must have a speaking role in the final presentation
Before completing the form below, please get a copy of your DD214 and redact/black out social security number and date of birth along with any other information you do not wish to share. You will attach a .pdf or other image of this document in the form below. It is used to verify your eligibility for our program. Failure to redact/black out SSN & DOB will result in automatic rejection of your application
If you do not have a copy of your DD214 or do not wish to send it through this form, please take a moment to schedule a 5 to 10 minute appointment with our course administrator. You must provide visual proof such as a retirement, or VA issued ID Card, or driver’s license. showing you are a Veteran. Use the link below to our Calendly page to schedule your appointment.
